JointStrong® BlueZone

Designed to create an effective and lasting transformation with the perfect balance of joint health and physical fitness, BlueZone incorporates clinical best practices to create an outcomes-accountable gym program focused on helping the individual reach their health and wellness goals.

Zumba

Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!

JointStrong® Function

A fitness class designed with functional fitness in mind. Combining JointStrong practices with purposeful movement this class focuses on balance, strength, mobility, and MSK pain relief.

Cycling

A combination class that improves body strength while supporting cycle technique with cardio drills. (Technology is also utilized to project metrics of your ride onto televisions in the room and help you enhance your cycle experience and workout.)

Les Mills BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. 

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from various disciplines and bring your best fighter attitude... but leave inhibitions at the door.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE is a one-hour yoga-based class done on a mat in a group fitness studio with an instructor in the front of the class, modeling and demonstrating moves choreographed to sync directly with a soothing soundtrack.

Les Mills BODYJAM

BODYJAM is the ultimate combination of music and dance. Tracks that you love right now? They’re in BODYJAM. That new style you’ve heard about? It was in BODYJAM last year.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is the ideal workout to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. 

Les Mills DANCE

DANCE™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
