Les Mills BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. 

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from various disciplines and bring your best fighter attitude... but leave inhibitions at the door.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE is a one-hour yoga-based class done on a mat in a group fitness studio with an instructor in the front of the class, modeling and demonstrating moves choreographed to sync directly with a soothing soundtrack.

Les Mills BODYJAM

Les Mills BODYJAM is the ultimate combination of music and dance. Tracks that you love right now? They’re in BODYJAM. That new style you’ve heard about? It was in BODYJAM last year.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™

Les Mills BODYPUMP™ at Town Center Fitness is the ideal workout to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Les Mills BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. 

Les Mills DANCE

DANCE™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
